How does this service work?

We curate the best luxury sale finds from boutiques across the UK and Europe, sharing them daily on our Instagram Stories. When you spot something you love, simply head to our website to place your order. If the item you’re after isn’t listed on the website yet, just drop us a DM on Instagram and we’ll get it sorted for you. Once payment is received, we begin sourcing immediately to secure the piece before it sells out.

 

Why are the prices so good?

We work directly with boutiques across the UK and Europe to access the newest sale drops and the best insider discounts, allowing us to pass those savings directly on to you.

Are all items authentic?

Absolutely. We source exclusively from official designer boutiques, outlet stores, and trusted retail partners, ensuring every piece is 100% authentic.

Upon request, we can provide a redacted receipt with your purchase. You’re also welcome to explore our verified customer reviews on Trustpilot for added peace of mind.

Are the items brand new?

Yes. All items are brand new and, where available, arrive with their original packaging.
Any imperfections will always be clearly stated in the item description.

Do you charge a sourcing fee?

Yes. All prices displayed on our website already include our sourcing fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via our trusted delivery partner, UPS.

Do I have to pay import taxes and duties?

Import taxes and duties are not included in our pricing. Depending on your destination country, your order may be subject to additional charges upon arrival. These fees must be covered by the recipient. As customs policies vary, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Customers within the EU may request dispatch from our Belgian office to avoid import taxes and duties, though this may extend the delivery timeframe. To request this, please email support@thesamplesalesteam.com

Can I return or exchange an item?

As each piece is sourced upon request, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, we warmly encourage you to reach out for personalised guidance before placing your order.

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If an item has any imperfections, these will always be noted and shared with you in advance.
